What is a painter for a day?
What can a painter do in 8 hours? Glad you asked!
From November to March ESP Painting offers a painter for a day program. Here are a list of items 1 painter can do for you!
- Paint a ceiling and walls in a 10X10 bedroom with 2 coats of paint.
- Touch-ups throughout your home. I recommend making a list of most important items to least important items. Blue tape the sections that need touch-up, as this will help us keep on task.
- Small drywall patching (smaller than a golf ball size) and touch-ups.
What does the 8 hours include?
1 painter, tools and small supplies to accomplish interior painting (brushes, rollers, paper, tape, plastic). We will accomplish as much painting as 1 painter can do.
What if the jobs are done before the 8 hours?
This is our flat day rate even if the painter finishes your list early. This is why the list is so important for you to have prepared ahead of time.
Can I leave during the job?
Yes, however you need to be there at the end of the job for a walk-through to finalize the work to make sure you are happy!
Who supplies the paint?
You do. I would be happy to recommend a paint supplier in your area who can give you the best deal on quality products and help you select colors & quantities.
Why do you offer a painter for a day?
It’s a great way to give ESP Painting a try! It is amazing how much 1 painter can do in a day to cut your maintenance list down.
